  The mall is going down hill. The customer service is going down, every time you turn around a store is gone. And they keep replacing stores with cheap ugly stores. This mall has so many shoe stores, they do not need anymore! What they need to do is get rid of that Guccini store and bring back forever 21. The mall needs to focus on bringing higher end stores to bring more money in and they need to get better security! Every time I am their these kids are always fighting and jumping people and the security is no where to be found.
